Registration Procedure

Volunteer registration for the Kananaskis Rally (KAN) is now available.

Instructions provided in other locations may be inaccurate for Radio Operator volunteers.

Please use the following instructions:

• The Google Forms tool requests your email address so that we can send you event related messages and a registration receipt. You do not need a Gmail address to use this form.
• In the registration receipt there is a button to edit your response should you need to do so later.
• We request contact and profile information so that we can reach you regarding the event. In an emergency, we may notify a friend or family member on your behalf, or inform first responders. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate.
• Please provide the one government assigned callsign that you intend to use for the rally.
• You will be asked the team for which you are registering. Please indicate Rally Communications Team.
• The registration form has generic contact information, intended for non-communications team folks, shown at the end of the form. To contact us, please use the information provided in our recruiting email, in the Communications Team section of the registration form, or what is posted elsewhere in this blog page.
• There is a free format question near the end of the form for information or concerns that you believe were not addressed elsewhere.
• For this event, we would prefer that our operators approach and depart from the venue using the north route (Hwy 1 and Hwy 68). If that is not workable for you, please indicate this in the free format concerns space provided at the end of the registration form.
• Once you are done, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. You should receive an email receipt shortly.
