Hallicrafters HT 37 Fully Restored, including the cabinet.

Upgraded AC line cord from two wire to 3 wire AC line cord.

Modes are CW, DSB (yes, double side band) and USB & LSB. No AM.

I have the manual (copied and printed from the internet)

The HT 37 Transmitter was something to behold in its day.

It was a great performer with a pair of trusty 6146s in the final amplifier (not the usual TV Horizontal Sweep tubes that some transmitters used.)

Like the Kenny Roger's song "The Gambler"...

    • Know when to hold 'em
    • Know when to fold 'em
    • Know when to walk away
    • Know when to run

I purchased this transmitter from the late Jens Jacobson, VE6CDU to save it from being scrapped. I just could not see a treasure like this go to the landfill.

It was my desire to restore this unit back to its original condition, which I had a lot of fun doing.

Now I need to move it on (Know when to walk away) to someone who can appreciate this old gem.

    Do I have any offers?
