Join Us for the RAC Winter Contest at VE6AO!

RAC Canada Winter Contest - December 17-18, 2021

Contest Period: 0000 UTC to 2359 UTC December 18, 2021. 

5 pm Friday Dec 17th local time and runs for 24 hours.

Bands: 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10, 6, 2m
Modes: SSB, FM, CW

This IS a great opportunity to get familiar with the club station equipment.

The global pandemic WILL still be a fact of life.  On Saturday, December 18 when the RAC Canada Winter Contest takes place and we want to make sure that everyone participates safely.

BUT WE SHOULD NOT LET OUR GUARD DOWN.All in-person gatherings among CARA members are to be held in strict accordance with current Alberta Health Services (AHS) requirements and exemptions.  Click here to see VE6AO station Covid-19 requirements.

We  plan to enter in the  multi operator multi transmitter class.
