Amateur radio email, WinLink, is one of the modes for CARA's 2022 WFD.  Calgary's UHF access frequency is 431.0000 Mhz.  Or, use an HF frequency.  Register for a shift using WinLink.  Give your WinLink community out there advance notice as to when you will be on the air with your WL in the CARA comm trailer.
