Amateur Radio Go-Pack Show and Tell —
We are meeting on the Sept long weekend. Sept 4 ,5 6 Saturday morning a Show and tell your equipment and maybe a tail gate flea market.
We are camping and meeting at the Fallen Timbre Meadery North of Water valley. Everyone is invited to come. camp etc. Details to follow.

How it came about?
I was recently talking with a fellow amateur radio operator on one of Calgary’s local repeaters. He suggested organizing a Go-Pack Show and Tell, which sounds like a great idea!
(Think CARA is having a Show and tell vehicle version sometime, but not in the calander yet , Not related to this post, but i am sure it will be good if they have it again. Last year was really good)

Bring your portable amateur radio setup and show everyone how you have put it together. Examples could include:
You do not need an expensive or completed system to participate. Bring whatever you have—even if it is still a work in progress. This would be a relaxed opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, and get inspiration for your next portable station.
New hams, youth, families, and anyone interested in amateur radio would be especially welcome.
Might be a cost for space for you, unknown at the moment, CID will check this week.
The only requirement is to come out, have fun, and enjoy amateur radio!
